An interactive co-creation of cultural guideposts - rhythms and energizers that indicate engagement, measure performance, and facilitate growth.
Think of Culture Craft Sessions as leadership roundtables where we dig deep into one or many cultural guideposts to uncover what, why, and how to unlock the next level of capabilities within your team.
Through this learning journey participants can expect to account for structural challenges, define new commitments, and develop strategies to shift behavior.

The Gathering Place Focus Groups
Even the most iconic leader is no match against an undefined culture. The Gathering Place is where we meet leaders and teams to assess whether or not the experience of a team or organization’s culture is aligned with the leader’s vision for the culture.
These facilitated focus group conversations allow our team to understand what barriers and energizers exist within your culture.
All focus group packages include goup design and delivery, facilitation, and findings and recommendations report.
