The Culture Counselor

Kendra Cabler Rather, Ph.D. is a learning and development professional specializing in matters of organizational culture, leadership, diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.  A former higher education professional turned corporate leader, and ultimately founder; she's skilled at navigating the complexities of team and organizational culture. Dr. Cabler Rather leverages human-centered organizational development practices and techniques to lead clients through an experience of strategic problem solving and collaboration to create customized programs and initiatives.
